1.1. ARMANDO FLÁVIO ALVES LEITE, LDA (hereinafter referred to as “Fiappo”) strongly believes in protecting the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data of the people with whom it relates in the exercise of its activity. Fiappo expresses its firm commitment to comply with the legislation in force at all times and to process Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.2. The specific Personal Data that will be processed and the way in which it will be used largely depend on the services requested by you and agreed with you. This Privacy Policy applies to the Personal Data of our Clients, Users of our website, Personnel, Suppliers and Candidates whenever they are natural persons.
1.3. Fiappo respects the privacy of the people with whom it relates in the exercise of its activity and protects their Personal Data. Most of the website can be browsed without sharing any information by the User. This document informs you of the use that Fiappo makes of your Personal Data whenever it is necessary to provide its services.
1.4. The website may occasionally contain links, banners or other hypertext links to websites and services of other companies, which have their own privacy policies, and/or services provided by third parties installed on your device may allow access to the information contained therein. 2. Glossary 
2.1. Whenever they begin with a capital letter, the following terms will have the following definition:
a) Personal Data: any information relating to a natural person that can directly identify him or that makes him identifiable, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier.
b) Candidates - includes candidates for all positions announced or promoted by Fiappo, including permanent, part-time and temporary positions, and independent work positions, as well as persons who have submitted a spontaneous CV to Fiappo unrelated to a specific job offer. 
c) Customers: customers and others to whom Fiappo provides services or supplies goods in the course of its activity, either in commercial establishments open to the public or in the online store on the website
d) Suppliers: refers to partners, consultants, merchants (including individual merchants), subcontractors, providers or any other entity that supplies goods or provides services to Fiappo. In some circumstances, Fiappo will subcontract the services it provides to Customers to third-party providers who perform the services on behalf of Fiappo, which are also covered by this definition and this Privacy Policy.
e) Personnel: includes dependent workers, as well as trainees directly involved in Fiappo's activity.
f) Fiappo: whenever we speak at Fiappo, we refer to the entity responsible for processing the personal data of Users of the website of company Customers and the online store of the website, Suppliers, Candidates and Emergency Personnel Contacts.

3. What data do we collect, how do we use it and on what basis
3.1. Fiappo collects different types of Personal Data for different purposes, as explained below. In any case, please note that we do not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 18. If we detect that we have unintentionally collected personal information from persons under the age of 18, we will take the necessary steps to delete the information as quickly as possible, unless we are required by applicable law to retain it.
3.2. Fiappo collects personal data in accordance with:
a) CUSTOMER DATA: We only collect the data necessary for the preparation, fulfillment and execution of any contract entered into between the Customer and Fiappo, as well as to respond to any subsequent claims relating thereto, namely:
- Identification data: such as name, date of birth, and contact details (phone and e-mail);
- Payment and/or order processing data: tax payer, billing address and order shipping address; IBAN
We also have information related to your online engagement, which we use to ensure that the marketing communications we send you are relevant and timely, in accordance with the consent you have given us. If, for any reason, we need any additional personal data, you will be informed.
b) CANDIDATE DATA: Depending on the relevant circumstances and applicable local laws and requirements, we may collect all or part of the information relating to:
- Identification data, such as full name and contact details (phone and e-mail), immigration status (in case you need a work permit), a photograph of you.
- Professional status and activity, such as education data; employment history; current remuneration, pensions and benefit-related provisions, if this is necessary for the position you are applying for.
- Supplementary information that you choose to share with us, namely in your cover letter, curriculum vitae or in interviews;
- Supplementary information that our Customers may share about you or that we discover from other third-party sources (commonly referred to as references);
- IP address; the dates, times and frequency with which you access our services and/or website; and

c) SUPPLIER DATA: We only collect the data necessary for the preparation, fulfillment and execution of any contract concluded between the Supplier and Fiappo, as well as to respond and manage any claims related to them. We will collect data from contact persons, including those of your company, such as names, telephone numbers and email addresses. We will also collect bank details so that we can pay you. We may also have information that, directly or through someone in your company, has decided to share with us.
d) PERSONNEL DATA: We only collect the data necessary for the preparation, fulfillment and execution of any contract concluded between Fiappo and the worker or trainee. We may collect all or part of the information regarding:
- Identifying data: such as name, marital status, affiliation, date of birth, citizen's card number, tax payer, social security beneficiary number, user number and insurance beneficiary number;
- Contact details: such as address, telephone and e-mail;
- Payment data: such as IBAN.
e) SITE USER DATA: We only collect the data necessary to ensure a good experience when using the website and to allow you to enjoy all the potential and faculties provided by it, as well as , to help us manage the services we provide. This includes information such as how you use our website, the frequency with which you access it, your browser type, your IP address, the location from which you consult our website, the language you choose for the view and the times when our website is most popular, as well as other information better described in point 5. and point 6. of this document.
3.3. Fiappo uses the information provided by the Customer on the website exclusively to fulfill your requests for products and services:
a) Whenever the Customer carries out an ordering process, Fiappo collects his/her Personal Data for the purposes of selling, separating and transporting the ordered products;
b) Whenever you request service assistance, your Personal Data is collected for the purpose of providing you with specific customer support services.
3.4. All services that include automatic sending of emails (newsletters) are only activated after express authorization from the User and/or Customer, who will always have an option to unsubscribe.
4. I have an obligation to give my data
4.1. Within the scope of our commercial or employment relationship, you will have to provide the personal data necessary to establish and create that relationship and to fulfill the pre-contractual and contractual obligations and steps that we are legally obliged to collect. Without this data, we will, as a general rule, have to refuse to enter into or perform the contract or we will not be able to maintain the contract, having to terminate it.

However, express prior permission may be requested from the User to authorize Fiappo to transfer the User's personal information to third parties, only and when this proves necessary to provide the requested product or service. , the User being guaranteed that only the minimum information necessary to fulfill the request is shared, restricted only to the data necessary for the execution of the contracted tasks.
7.3. Fiappo also guarantees that these third parties undertake not to reveal, in any way, Personal Data, nor to use them for purposes other than the provision of contracted services.
7.4. Likewise, Fiappo may communicate your Personal Data, when so determined by law, within the scope of a judicial process or within the scope of investigations of suspicious activities.
7.5. Fiappo will in no case carry out international transfers of your data to a third country or international organization that is outside the European Union.
7.6. Fiappo does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 18. If it detects that it unintentionally collects personal information from persons under the age of 18, Fiappo will take the necessary measures to eliminate the information as quickly as possible, unless it is required by applicable law to keep it.
8. Data Security
8.1. The website is protected by a secure hypertext transfer protocol (HTTPS) which is currently the most secure version of the data transfer protocol between computer networks on the internet, as it encrypts data provided, and guarantees the security of the data sent and received by the User.
8.2. The User's and/or Client's data registered on Fiappo's servers are always protected by a login and password. 8.3. Personal Data will not be sold or rented.

9. What are your rights?
9.1. In accordance with applicable legislation, Fiappo undertakes to respect the confidentiality of your personal information and guarantee the exercise of your rights, namely:
a) Right to be informed: you have the right to obtain clear, transparent and understandable information about how Fiappo uses your Personal Data. It is for this reason that we make this Privacy Policy available to you.
b) Right of access: in addition to the right to information, you can access your Personal Data that we process and keep. In these cases, Fiappo will provide you with a copy of the Personal Data being processed. Furthermore, when requested by electronic means, the information will be provided in a commonly used electronic format.
c) Right of rectification: you have the right to rectify your Personal Data if they are incorrect, out of date or if you wish to complete them. To do so, you can contact us using the contacts indicated above or, alternatively, if you have registered on the website, go to your "reserved area".
d) Right to erasure/right to be forgotten: you can ask us to erase your data, however please note that this is not an absolute right, as we may have legal grounds or other legitimate interests for the retention of your Personal Data.

10. How long do we store your data
10.1. Fiappo only keeps Personal Data for the time necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, to respond to your needs or to comply with our legal obligations.
10.2. To determine the period for which we keep your data, we use the criteria mentioned below. If several criteria apply simultaneously, we will keep your Personal Data in accordance with the criteria that imply the retention of your Personal Data for the longest period:
a) When purchasing services and/or products, we will keep your Personal Data for the duration of our contractual relationship, including any claims that may arise, as well as for a period of two years after its termination, without prejudice to the fulfillment of obligations legal requirements of the controller;
b) When you contact us with questions, we will keep your Personal Data for the period necessary to resolve your question;
c) When you create an account in the reserved area (login), that is, when you register on the website, we will keep your data until you ask us to delete it;
d) When you have consented to the sending of the disclosure, we will keep your Personal Data until you cancel the subscription or ask us to delete it;
e) The period of time provided for in the applicable legislation; or
f) Until the specific purpose applicable to certain data ceases to exist.
10.3. In any of the aforementioned situations, if there is a pending judicial or administrative proceeding, the data will still be kept for the duration of the process and up to six months after the final decision has been rendered.
10.4. We may also retain some of your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, as well as to manage or enforce our rights, namely through legal action.
10.5. At the end of the aforementioned retention periods, Personal Data will be securely deleted and/or deleted.
11. Warranties
11.1. The data subject guarantees that the Personal Data communicated to Fiappo is certain and accurate and undertakes to notify any changes or modifications to them and assumes exclusive responsibility for the losses and damages caused by the erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete communication of the data.
