ARMANDO FLÁVIO ALVES LEITE, LDA (hereinafter referred to as “Fiappo”) strongly believes in protecting the confidentiality and security of the Personal Data of the people with whom it relates in the exercise of its activity. Fiappo expresses its firm commitment to comply with the legislation in force at all times and to process Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
1.2. The specific Personal Data that will be processed and the way in which it will be used largely depend on the services requested by you and agreed with you. This Privacy Policy applies to the Personal Data of our Clients, Users of our website, Personnel, Suppliers and Candidates whenever they are natural persons.
1.3. Fiappo respects the privacy of the people with whom it relates in the exercise of its activity and protects their Personal Data. Most of the website www.fiappo.com can be browsed without sharing any information by the User. This document informs you of the use that Fiappo makes of your Personal Data whenever it is necessary to provide its services.

2.1. Whenever they begin with a capital letter, the following terms will have the following definition:
a) Personal Data: any information relating to a natural person that can directly identify him or that makes him identifiable, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier.
b) Candidates - includes candidates for all positions announced or promoted by Fiappo, including permanent, part-time and temporary positions, and independent work positions, as well as persons who have submitted a spontaneous CV to Fiappo unrelated to a specific job offer.

3. What data do we collect, how do we use it and on what basis

a) CUSTOMER DATA: We only collect the data necessary for the preparation, fulfillment and execution of any contract entered into between the Customer and Fiappo, as well as to respond to any subsequent claims relating thereto, namely:
- Identification data: such as name, date of birth, and contact details (phone and e-mail);
- Payment and/or order processing data: tax payer, billing address and order shipping address; IBAN
We also have information related to your online engagement, which we use to ensure that the marketing communications we send you are relevant and timely, in accordance with the consent you have given us. If, for any reason, we need any additional personal data, you will be informed.
b) CANDIDATE DATA: Depending on the relevant circumstances and applicable local laws and requirements, we may collect all or part of the information relating to:
- Identification data, such as full name and contact details (phone and e-mail), immigration status (in case you need a work permit), a photograph of you.
- Professional status and activity, such as education data; employment history; current remuneration, pensions and benefit-related provisions, if this is necessary for the position you are applying for.
- Supplementary information that you choose to share with us, namely in your cover letter, curriculum vitae or in interviews;
- Supplementary information that our Customers may share about you or that we discover from other third-party sources (commonly referred to as references);
- IP address; the dates, times and frequency with which you access our services and/or website; and

c) SUPPLIER DATA: We only collect the data necessary for the preparation, fulfillment and execution of any contract concluded between the Supplier and Fiappo, as well as to respond and manage any claims related to them. We will collect data from contact persons, including those of your company, such as names, telephone numbers and email addresses. We will also collect bank details so that we can pay you. We may also have information that, directly or through someone in your company, has decided to share with us.
d) PERSONNEL DATA: We only collect the data necessary for the preparation, fulfillment and execution of any contract concluded between Fiappo and the worker or trainee. We may collect all or part of the information regarding:
- Identifying data: such as name, marital status, affiliation, date of birth, citizen's card number, tax payer, social security beneficiary number, user number and insurance beneficiary number;
- Contact details: such as address, telephone and e-mail;
- Payment data: such as IBAN.
e) SITE USER DATA: We only collect the data necessary to ensure a good experience when using the website www.fiappo.com and to allow you to enjoy all the potential and faculties provided by it, as well as , to help us manage the services we provide. 3.3. Fiappo uses the information provided by the Customer on the website www.fiappo.com exclusively to fulfill your requests for products and services:
a) Whenever the Customer carries out an ordering process, Fiappo collects his/her Personal Data for the purposes of selling, separating and transporting the ordered products;
b) Whenever you request service assistance, your Personal Data is collected for the purpose of providing you with specific customer support services.
3.4. All services that include automatic sending of emails (newsletters) are only activated after express authorization from the User and/or Customer, who will always have an option to unsubscribe.
4. I have an obligation to give my data

7.4. Likewise, Fiappo may communicate your Personal Data, when so determined by law, within the scope of a judicial process or within the scope of investigations of suspicious activities.
7.5. Fiappo will in no case carry out international transfers of your data to a third country or international organization that is outside the European Union.
7.6. Fiappo does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of 18. If it detects that it unintentionally collects personal information from persons under the age of 18, Fiappo will take the necessary measures to eliminate the information as quickly as possible, unless it is required by applicable law to keep it.

10. How long do we store your data

b) When you contact us with questions, we will keep your Personal Data for the period necessary to resolve your question;
c) When you create an account in the reserved area (login), that is, when you register on the website www.fiappo.com, we will keep your data until you ask us to delete it;
d) When you have consented to the sending of the disclosure, we will keep your Personal Data until you cancel the subscription or ask us to delete it;
e) The period of time provided for in the applicable legislation; or

10.5. At the end of the aforementioned retention periods, Personal Data will be securely deleted and/or deleted.
